    This is the build I started using to play Gotham Heights I hope you like it.

    Rushing cosmic belt first really helps with your damage output early, and if they never build power armor you are doing true damage.

    The lantern gives you will/regen to be able to use everything in combination over and over again. This will be needed when you are kiting/running away from enemies. Drop a box ahead of/on yourself and shoot Mr.Punchy back at them. The stun and slow from the teeth is usually enough to keep running until the cooldown is up.

    The Starheart will amplify all of your future Power damage. The damage this item gives you makes you dangerous even to tanks.

    I will add more if this guide gets any traction. I love playing Joker and I hope this will guide others to victory as well!
